Today I woke up early to get to the first 7am Crossfit class. It took a little while to get the engines going but by the end of the workout, thanks to Bones’ coaching, the adrenaline was cranked. (The handstands at the end were the best part – a whole body workout). After a CF workout, I feel like I’ve had 10 cups of coffee.
Later at lunch I cranked out a hard run to Mt. Doug and back. The heat and hills left me cooked more than usual but my pace was flying. I just let loose and it felt fantastic.
If I won 10 million tomorrow, all I’d do is train.
If I had to give up running tomorrow, all I’d do is Crossfit.

I love your logic at the end, Rob. I agree!

MJ was iconic. Even heavy metal and hard rock fans…kinda…sorta…from the corner of their eyes tapped their foot while watching the Thriller video on Much Music, back in the day.
…and the Billie Jean one too.
But really….he is one freaky dude…to think that he was that good loooking kid, then he tranformed himself into…I dunno he sort of looks like he was out for Halloween and had a really, really bad mak eup job done to look like Paul McCartney form 1968….came out like an albino monkey.
What a singer though, eh?

Rob, loving this post. Imaging that feeling on my backyard trails, resonating with the sentiments at the end.
